Millwrights are people who maintain or construct industrial machines. They also have to dissemble they equipment that arrives on the site. Hoisting and moving heavey peices of equipment into place is also a job that they do. A vast knowlage on industrial things is needed to understand blueprints and knowing the capabilitys of there machines.
